I started in the Real Estate business in 1976 and acquired my Brokers license in 1979. I managed a large Real Estate office from 1979-2011. In 2012 I decided to go back into purely the sales side. While managing, I had continued to list and sell property and acquire numerous designations. I have my SFR, CNE, GREEN designations and also have been a member of our Professional Standards committee for about 25 years. I have also served on the Orange County Association of Realtors for about 10 years. I am a member in good standing with the California Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors.
I am a mixture of “old school” and new technology. I believe in good communication, both with my clients and other agents. This is tough today, because many agents will close a transaction with another Realtor, and never even have met with them face to face. When I represent buyers, I make it a point to contact the listing agent and attempt to meet with them in person so they know who they are dealing with. I encourage the same of a buyer’s agent when I represent the seller. Real Estate sales is a tough business and I feel things normally go a little smoother when there is a spirit of cooperation!
